Evergreen Program at EdenTerrace
The Evergreen Program at EdenTerrace is designed
for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related
conditions that need a structured routine, redirection and guidance.
The Evergreen
environment allows a resident to function with some measure of
independence, while remaining under supervision.

and
activities areas

patio and flower garden
- Individual
plan of care for each resident
- Trained,
caring staff
- Medication
management
- Engaging
and structured activities routine which integrates daily
tasks of living from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM,
daily
- Monthly
family support program endorsed by the Alzheimer’s
Association
- Incontinence
management (to include additional laundry and bathing as
needed)
- Rates
starting at $3,400 per month for a companion suite (this rate
includes the Evergreen level of care)
