Designed for residents who need minimal assistance, but who benefit from the warmth and social environment offered by EdenTerrace of Spartanburg. Terrace Living services include a state-of-the-art emergency call system, 24-hour access to staff, three nutritious meals served in our beautiful dining room, snacks available throughout the day, a variety of stimulating activities and social events, scheduled transportation, all utilities except telephone, weekly housekeeping services, and weekly laundering of bed and bath linens.

Level of Care Descriptions & Fees

Terrace Supportive Living – add $275 to Apartment Rate
Includes all Terrace Living services plus supportive assistance with activities of daily living.

Terrace Enhanced Living – add $550 to Apartment Rate
Includes all Terrace Living services plus enhanced assistance with activities of daily living.

Terrace Evergreen Living – add $1,500 to Apartment Rate
The Evergreen Program is designed for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related conditions who need structure and routine, to include frequent verbal reminders, redirection and guidance. The residents benefit from supportive assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and incontinence management. The Evergreen Program offers a custom-designed neighborhood with its own dining, living and activities areas, and outdoor walking paths and flower garden.
