levels of care to meet varying needs of our residents.
TERRACE LIVING SERVICES
Designed for residents who need minimal assistance, but need the warmth and
social environment offered by EdenTerrace of Spartanburg. Includes:

of apartment style with kitchenette*

All utilities except telephone
- Emergency
call system
- Three
nutritious meals served restaurant style
- A
variety of stimulating activities, social events and outings
- Scheduled
medical and shopping transportation
- Weekly
housekeeping services
- Weekly
laundering of bed and bath linens
- Routine
and preventative maintenance of apartment, common areas and grounds,
including all necessary repairs and replacements
- A
caring, professional staff
*Kitchenettes include refrigerator, microwave and cabinets.

TERRACE SUPPORTIVE LIVING
Includes all Terrace Living Services and additional assistance when
needed in the following areas:
- Activity
and mealtime reminders

Scheduled assistance into and out of the shower twice weekly

Coaching on daily dressing and grooming activities (shaving and
brushing hair, for example)

Weekly laundering of personal items
-
Occasional behavioral intervention
TERRACE ENHANCED LIVING
Includes all Terrace Supportive Living Services plus additional assistance
when needed in the following areas:

Continued assistance at meals (cutting meats and using condiments,
for example)

Assistance to and from dining and other activities
-
Scheduled full assistance with three or more showers weekly

Full assistance with dressing and grooming (shaving, brushing
hair and teeth, for example)

Support with transfers which usually involve the assistance of
one person

Occasional behavioral intervention

TERRACE EVERGREEN
Evergreen is a program for Alzheimer’s Disease and other
dementia-related conditions. Includes:
- A
custom-designed neighborhood with its own dining,
living and activities areas
- Individual
plan of care for each resident
- Dedicated
program specialist
- Caring
staff trained according to the Alzheimer’s
Association guidelines
- Medication
management
- Engaging
activities program which integrates daily tasks
of living
- Secured
and monitored entries and exits
- Family
support program endorsed by the Alzheimer’s
Association
- Terrace
Evergreen Plus is designed for individuals requiring
enhanced support and/or behavioral intervention.
